<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the size, weight and cost of the title vehicle by improving a configuration of a circuit for charging an auxiliary battery for an auxiliary device and to charge the battery even in a state that the vehicle is stopped. CONSTITUTION:An electric system for an electric motor vehicle has a main battery 1 for driving the vehicle and an auxiliary battery 6 for an auxiliary device to drive a wheel driving AC motor 5 through an inverter 4 from the battery 1, and comprises a charging circuit 9 for insulating to transform the AC output of the inverter 4 to rectify it to charge the battery 6. Further, an incoming capacitor is initially charged at the time of starting the inverter 4 by a DC/DC converter with the battery 6 as a power source.</p> |
