PURPOSE:To prevent the mutual interference of plural transmitted control carriers at the time of the rising of a system by transmitting the control carriers in an empty transmission timing in which the control carriers are not retrieved by plural line controllers, and in a different transmission timing. CONSTITUTION:The control carriers outputted from first - Nth control controllers 21-2N are used as the first - Nth control carriers, and transmitted and received signals transmitted and received through antennas by the devices 21-2N are respectively made to devide into 4 slots. At the time of the rising of the system, the device 2 transmits the first control carrier in a timing T1, and in the period of a time (t)XN(ms). At that time, the control carrier is not detected, and a timing T2, is used as the empty transmission timing. That is, the transmission timing T2, is detected, and outputted to a control carrier transmission control means 5. Then, the means 5 transmits the second control carrier through the transmitting and receiving means 3 in a transmission timing T2' which is the (t)XN(ms) separated from the transmission timing T2, and in the period of the (t)XN(ms). In the same way the devices 21-2N transmit the control carriers in the timing different from the other devices, at the time of the rising of the system. |
