The pen incorporates in its body a liquid crystal display (1) driven by an internally microprocessor. Batteries to power the microprocessor and display are installed under a removable cap (3). A switch (2) allows power to connected or disconnected at will. The pen clip (5) rotates about the pen body in order to extend or retract the pen tip (4) and in order to cover or uncover the liquid crystal display. The microprocessor runs a program which displays a series of randomly generated numbers when required. USE/ADVANTAGE - Random number generator and display conveniently incorporated into conventional pen.
