PURPOSE:To easily obtain a radio communication service other than a simplified portable telephone in a simplified portable telephone service area. CONSTITUTION:When a radio wave is received by a radio wave receiving part 11, a signal distributing part 12 recognizes the kind of the radio communication service (automobile/portable telephone service in this case) from a using frequency band, adds a service classification indicating the automobile/portable telephone to a received signal, and transmits a signal 15 to each service control instructing part 14. A base station control part 13 receives an instruction from each service control instructing part 14, re-transmits the signal to a radio base station 22, and the radio base station 22 successively re-transmits the signal from an other base stations until the pertinent automobile/portable telephone responds to the signal. |
