PURPOSE:To effectively operate a controller by delaying application of a starting voltage to a capacitor in a starting circuit for raising a power source by applying the voltage to a predetermined circuit. CONSTITUTION:The starting circuit comprises a first circuit connected in series with a low-voltage diode 9 and a thyristor 9 to raise a power source by energizing a thyristor 7. The starting circuit also comprises a second circuit connected in series with a switch 3 and a capacitor 4 to output a pulse at the time of charging the capacitor 4 to the thyristor 7 as a trigger signal. The starting circuit for raising the power source by applying a starting voltage Vcc to the first and second circuits comprises delay means for delaying applications of the voltage Vcc to the second circuit. Thus, even if the voltage Vcc is input when the switch 3 is closed, a control circuit 11 can be effectively operated. |
