摘要 PURPOSE:To realize a surface acoustic wave device in which airtightness at a lead part can be sufficiently obtained by previously coating a contact part with siliane series coupling agent by holding it with an enclosure and sealing with organic resin. CONSTITUTION:A lead frame 1 is formed in a desired shape by etching a copper alloy material, coated by Ni-plating, a pad to be connected with a bonding wire 6 is coated by silver plating in order to satisfactorily adhere it, and wire bonded. A contact part of the frame 1 with an enclosure 2 and a contact part with sealing organic resin 7 are coated with silane series coupling agent 8 prepared to be weak acidic, cured at 100-120 deg.C, and an uneven part of a cap 3 is engaged with an uneven part of a base 4 through the frame 1. Accordingly, four sides where connected parts of the enclosure are observed are sealed with the resin 7 having a low viscosity to obtain sufficient airtightness at a lead part of the frame.
