PURPOSE:To provide an automatic certificate issuing machine capable of informing more quickly of a fact that a certificate is issued. CONSTITUTION:The dwelling place of a user corresponding to a user ID identification code is stored beforehand in a data base 32. When the user inserts an ID card into the card reader 2 of the automatic certificate issuing machine 1, the card reader 2 reads in the user ID identification code out of the ID card. Next, a CPU 13 reads the dwelling place corresponding to the user identification code read in by the card reader 2 out of the data base 32, and edits confirmation data for confirming the user of the automatic certificate issuing machine 1. Then, a laser printer 11 prints the residence on a post card for confirming the user on the basis of the confirmation data the CPU 13 edited. |
