PURPOSE:To omit an image processing of plural procedures every picture element, and to execute the processing at a high speed. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with a first storage means 1 for storing information corresponding to input data, a second storage means for storing an output signal for performing a processing of plural procedures 5-8 to the input data, a comparing means 3 for comparing the input data inputted newly with the input data stored in a first storage means 1, and a switching means 4 for selecting whether data is outputted by executing the processing of plural procedures by an output of the comparing means 3 or storage data stored in a second storage means 2 is outputted. |
