SUPERCONDUCTIVE EQUIPMENT AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PURPOSE:To provide superconductor equipment excellent in superconductivity and capable of easily connecting a lead wire by forming a metal layer having a high electric conductivity over the whole circumference of a superconductive tape, where an intermediate layer and an oxide high temperature superconductor layer are formed on an Ni group alloy, and winding the superconductor layer in such a manner as to be located inside. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate layer 2 (an YSZ intermediate layer) is formed on an Ni group alloy 1 (a Hastelloy C tape), on the reverse surface of which a metal layer having a high electric conductivity has been laminated previously. An oxide high temperature superconductor layer 3 (a YBa2Cu3Oy superconductor layer) is superposed on the intermediate layer 2. Accordingly, a superconductive tape can be manufactured. A metal layer 4 (e.g. a silver layer) having a high electric conductivity is wound around the whole circumference of the superconductive tape in such a manner that the superconductive layer 3 is located inside with respect to the bending center. A copper braided wire is connected to the obtained superconductive coil, thus providing superconductor equipment capable of taking out a current lead wire in the arbitrary direction.
