PURPOSE:To transmit plural mails at a time with an easy input operation by referring to various files to generate transmission data of destinations and titles linked to addresses and communication texts linked to titles on a transmis sion data table. CONSTITUTION:When an address is inputted by a keyboard 5, a destination file 10 and art address file 1 are linked, and a transmission data generating part 3 generates plural addresses in a transmission data table 4 through a sort processing part 14 based on a corresponding file of the address file 1. In the same manner, a main file 2 consisting of a title file 12 and a communication text file 13 linked to this file 12 is referred, and corresponding titles and communication texts are written in the table 4 to generate communication data, and this data is transmitted through a transmission data buffer 15. By this constitution, plural mails are transmitted at a time by easy input operation. |
