<p>PURPOSE:To realize the title compact and thin line transformer by a method wherein the primary coil parts and the secondary coil parts are composed of the first coil pattern layers, the second coil pattern layers and insulator layers so as to electrically connect the conductors of the first and second coil pattern layers through a hole provided in the insulator layers. CONSTITUTION:The insulating films 10, 30 coating coil conductors 5-7, 25-27 are formed on the surface and rear surface of a substrate 1. Furthermore, the second primary coil conductors 12-14 and the secondary coil conductors 32-34 are formed on the surface and rear surface of the substrate 1 with the insulating films 10, 30 formed thereon not to be overlapped with the first coil conductors 5-7, 25-27 respectively in the laminated layer direction. Next, the primary coil conductors are series-connected in the order of 5, 12, 6, 13, 7, 14 through a hole provided in the insulating film 10 so as to form a primary side coil 41. Likewise, the secondary coil conductors are series-connected in the order of 25, 32, 26, 33, 34 so as to form a secondary side coil 42.</p> |
