摘要 |
The run-in velocity measuring system uses signals provided by one (K1) of a series of track switches along a measuring path. The difference between the detection times for the successive train axles (A 2.1, A 1.2), the axle spacing, and/or the difference in the detection times of different track switches (K1,K2) for the same train axle are calculated. The calculated values are used with the known spacing between the successive track switches, to calculate the mean run-in velocity of the train via an extrapolation process. ADVANTAGE - Provides highly accurate estimated run-in velocity valve for train entering measuring track section.
