PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of breaking in winding by successively taking up a filamentary body on a bobbin while controlling the position of pulleys in such a manner that the conditions for taking up the filamentary body on the bobbin are maintained always under the optimum conditions. CONSTITUTION:A panel 40 is provided with a slit 42 in, for example, a longitudinal direction and a shaft 32 of the pulley 30 is inserted therethrough so that the pulley can be vertically moved. The shaft 32 of the pulley 30 is freely rotatbly supported by means of a baring 44 on the rear side of a panel 40. A belt 50 is extended between the two pulleys 46 and 48 and a bearing 44 is fixed thereto. The pulley 48 is rotated via a motor 52 and the belt 54. Then, the pulley 30 moves vertically when a motor 52 runs. The output of a length counter 56 is inputted to a computer 58. The computer 58 is previously inputted with the relation between the taking up length and taking up height and controls the revolution of the motor 52 so as to maintain the specified distance (a) between the bobbin 20 and the pulley 30 at all times. |
