PURPOSE:To reduce crosstalk, to form line conductors close to each other and to make a device employing the circuit small in size by providing a ground conductor between the line conductors and selecting the height of the ground conductor higher than the height of the plural line conductors. CONSTITUTION:Two line conductors 21, 22 being transmission lines of a signal are formed on the surface of a semi-insulating semiconductor board 20 made of a material such as a gallium arsenide are formed at an interval, a ground plane 23 is formed on the rear side of the board 20 to form the microstrip line. Then a ground conductor 24 is arranged between the two conductors 20, 21 to reduce the coupling between the conductors 20, 21. Furthermore, the thickness of the conductor 24 is selected to be thicker than the thickness of the two conductors 21, 22. Then the coupling between the two conductors 21, 22 and the conductor 24, that is, the capacitance of capacitors 33, 34 is increased and a capacitance of a capacitor 35 between the conductors 21, 22 is decreased. As a result, a microwave signal from the one line conductor to the other line conductor is less and crosstalk between the line conductors is reduced. |
