The saddle mounting bracket (11) is on a telescopic mounting with a support tube (6) sliding inside an outer tuber (2) fitted into the bicycle frame. An external control (14) operates a pneumatic control valve to adjust the pneumatic cylinder insert (4) inside the inner tube, to provide additional adjustment for the saddle height.The coarse adjustment is by a mechanical clamp (3) on the bicycle frame. The telescopic adjustment has ball bearings (7) operating in vertical grooves for the fine adjustment. This prevents the saddle from rotating in position.
