摘要 The method involves passing measurement liquid, air and cleaning and/or buffer soln. through a flow channel with a biosensor in a defined repeated sequence. When the appts. is in the ready state the cleaning and/or buffer soln. is automatically sucked out of the flow channel whilst air, then measurement liquid, then air again are automatically sucked into it. The measurement liquid passes the biosensor(s) at constant speed during each cycle, enabling identification of its components. The measurement liquid is manually introduced at a defined time after the start of extraction of the cleaning etc. soln. and introduction of air. After the measurement result is obtained the arrangement is prepared again by automatically flushing it with cleaning etc. sol. until the biosensor has registered a defined flow value. USE/ADVANTAGE - For use in medical applications, e.g. for water and waste water treatment. Require only very small quantities of liquid, i.e. no more than a drop, for very accurate measurement.
