The latter start from the vacuum space (10b;11b) and emerge at the surface (13b;14b) of the pattern parts (13;14). In addition, a device for applying flowing hot air to the wall bounding the cavity (20) of the pattern (M) and to the outer wall of the pattern (M) in an area extending along the glued seam (16) is provided. The strand of adhesive emerging from a nozzle of the apparatus is not a hot-melt adhesive. As a result, it is possible to achieve "clean" glued seams.
