PURPOSE:To provide an electric wire with a high dielectric strength for a long time at high temp. by furnishing a baked insulation layer of borosiloxane resin incl. inorganic filler on a layer of metal plating, which is harder to be oxidated than copper at high temp. and which is provided at the periphery of a metal wire of copper type with better heat resistance than copper. CONSTITUTION:A metal plated layer harder to be oxidated than copper at high temp. is provided at the periphery of a metal wire of copper type with better heat resistance than copper, and over this layer of metal plating, a baked insulation layer is placed which consists of borosiloxane resin incl. inorganic filler. This accomplishes a high coefficient of electroconductivity and excellent durability even at a high temp. Because metal wire of copper type does not contact oxygen directly, it will not be oxidated at high temp. Further, provision of insulation layer accomplishes an insulated wire with high heat resistance and small insulative deterioration at high temp. |
