<p>A granulated composition intended for direct tableting, comprising non-pressable and hard-pressable water-soluble crystalline pharmaceutical substances, a binder, a lubricant and water, and containing up to 98 % by weight of the pharmaceutically active component. Tablets made of said composition are characterized by a high strength and by a controllable dissolution time. A method for obtaining said composition consists in first granulating the powder of the pharmaceutical substance with water or with its water solvent, after which the obtained granulate is subjected to subsequent granulating with the solution of a binder, dried and powdered with a lubricant.</p> |
