The method comprises scanning the signal of a key input apparatus (1) input by a key encoder (2); with a microprocessor (100), controlling the display driver (6) and relay driver from the comparison of first and second memories (4,5), an operating part, and a comparator (5); storing data into the first memory part (4a) when the start key is input; transmitting the second memory (4b) data into the first memory (4a) if the recycle key is input; and standing for a start ready state after taking care of the changed data of the second, third, or fourth digits.
