<p>A system 11 is described for reinserting sheets under vacuum into stamping and punching machines, comprising a box with ventilator, placed on a conveyor line consisting of: knurled rollers 39, 41, 43, 45 to move the sheets; a cover plate 49 of the starting segment, with slots for the knurled rollers and rows of circular holes 51 for passage of air; at least one conveyor line 53 for the sheets, consisting of a plurality of idle guide rollers, individual 55 or arranged in groups of three 59, 61, 63, and longitudinal sheet-guide plates 65 between the idle rollers; and toothed belts 25, at the sides of the line 53, containing on their outer surface blocks 67 for moving the sheets, with a spacing and speed such as adapt the phase of the exiting sheets to the position of the punching cylinder 27 downstream, without interfering with the rear side of the sheets. <IMAGE></p> |
