PURPOSE:To ameliorate the generation of the defective accuracy in crystal bearings and to improve the yield of cutting out blocks for magnetic heads by coupling a platinum (alloy) crucible and a hanger by means of auxiliary hangers which are removable and are repetitively usable, thereby suspending the crucible. CONSTITUTION:The crucible 21 made of platinum or the alloy essentially consisting of platinum and the hanger 24 are coupled by means of the auxiliary hangers 23 which are removable and are repetitively usable, by which the crucible 3 is suspended. A ferrite raw material is packed into this crucible 21 and the crucible is moved in an electric oven, by which the ferrite single crystal is grown. |
