PURPOSE:To rapidly perform the contact of a resin with a mold without generating air bubbles. CONSTITUTION:An ultraviolet curable resin 2 is emitted on an optical base material 1 and a mold 4 is allowed to approach the resin 2 by driving a pulse motor 12 and, thereafter, the resin is pressed to be cured in a pressed state by an UV irradiation lamp 9. A light projecting part 7a and a light detecting part 7b detect the height of the resin 2 and a controller 8 allows the pulse motor 12 to fall at a high speed on the basis of the detected value to allow the mold 4 to face to the resin 2 and, thereafter, the mold 4 is lowered at a low speed to perform pressure molding generating no mixing with air bubbles. |
