<p>PURPOSE:To enhance strength, frost damage resistance, uniformity of strength, etc., by incorporating each specified quantity of spherical air bubbles, a high performance water reducing agent, a super-lightweight aggregate and silica sand, in the subject hardened body of Ca-silicate-hauyne-slag system hydraulic cement. CONSTITUTION:This lightweight hardened body incorporates 5-20vol.% spherical air bubble, 2.5-5wt.% high performance water reducing agent for cement, a super- lightweight aggregate and silica sand. The spherical air bubble can be mixed by max. 25vol.% only by kneading hydraulic cement, an AE agent for bubble entraining, the super lightweight aggregate and silica sand, but the upper limit is regulated to 20vol.% because of prevention of a variation, prevention of drop of the adhesive strength to a tile and delay of neutralization by carbonation. However, a specific gravity of 1.7-1.1 aimed is not obtained by this composition, so the super-lightweight aggregate and silica sand are used together and the quantity of the high performance water reducing agent is set in such a range to prevent void generation of the kneaded product due to a high water absorption property of the former and also satisfy the incombusibility and fire resistance. Even though the ratio of water to cement is <=38% in the kneading and molding, a kneaded product soft and imparted with a viscosity can be obtained.</p> |
