CONSTITUTION:A peeling layer 2 which is excellent in a peeling off property to frozen thermal transfer ink 3A composing a thermal transfer ink layer 3 and comes to be within 90 deg. in a receding contact angle to melted thermal transfer ink is formed on a support base material 1 of a thermal transfer ink ribbon 1, and the thermal transfer ink layer 3 is provided onto the peeling off layer 2.
