HOT REPAIRING SPRAYING MATERIAL FOR CONVERTER UNDER LESS SLAG OPERATION

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a hot repairing spraying material which enables to maintain the adhesive strength and, further the strength of a repaired body is adjusted, in hot repairing of converter under a less slag operation. CONSTITUTION:This material is formed by incorporating sodium phosphate, a calcium compound and MgO superfine powder as bonding agents in a MgO based refractory material and MgO-CaO based refractory material, and 0.5-1.5wt.% granular organic material whose grain sizes of <=80% are 1.0-0.1mm, is added to the hot spraying material whose hot bending strength is >=15kg/cm<2> at 1400 deg.C.
