PURPOSE: To obtain a solid medicine compsn. which is obtd. by granulating and freeze-drying and which enables preparation of a stable suspension liquid. CONSTITUTION: A suspension liquid containing a phospholipid and a polyethylene glycol (preferably having 3000 to 4000 mol.wt.) in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:10, especially 1:1 to 1:3 is prepared, to which 4-hydroxy-4-androsten-3,17-dione is added and stirred. the obtd. suspension liquid is granulated in an ultrasonic pulverizing device to obtain fine particles having 2 to 20μm particle size. preferably 3 to 6μm. Then the suspension is freeze-dried to obtain a solid medicine compsn. which can form a stable suspension liquid.
