PURPOSE:To load a parison into a cavity of a mold securely. CONSTITUTION:Parison guides 72 and 74 with oblique faces are formed on the outside of a cavity 22 of a bottom force 20, and in the case the parison is likely almost to be off the cavity 22, the parison can be guided back into the cavity 22 by the parison guides 72 and 74. The oblique angle on the oblique faces of the parison guides 72 and 74 are increased, and the parison is loaded securely into the cavity 22. After that, the parison guides 72 and 74 are evacuated, mold clamped and blown to manufacture a hollow molded product. |
