PURPOSE:To prevent a die clamping force from being brought to bear upon a sleeve metal piece and a rubber burr from generating when a rubber elastic product for a torsional damper, with an inner cylinder metal piece and the sleeve metal piece installed in a molding die, is molded. CONSTITUTION:A liquid molding material is forcibly injected into a molding die 10 with a retaining member 28 set in the molding cavity 24 of a molding die 10, when a molded product consisting of a molded product part obtained by molding a molding material such as rubber and a retaining member 28 which is fixed to the molded product part and supports the latter are manufactured. Further, the pressure generated by the forced injection is brought to bear upon a movable slide die 32 in the molding die 10, and the slide die 32 is allowed to come in contact with the retaining member 28 which is set to the molding cavity 24. In addition, the slide die 32 is pressed and under this condition, the injected molding material is allowed to flow into the molding cavity 24 to be molded into a specified shape. In this case, the molded product has the retaining member 28 combined together. |
