PURPOSE:To provide a weatherstrip fitted well and desirable in appearance around a parting seal. CONSTITUTION:A weatherstrip fitted to a door sash 30 so as to come in elastic contact with a body opening edge 11 to seal a space to a body 10 and also to come in elastic contact with a door glass 21 to seal a space to the door sash 30 is formed of an approximately dogleg-shape outer part 31 and an inner protruding part 32. A glass run 40 functioning as a stopper with a parting seal 45 provided at the upper face, and a main seal 50 are respectively fitted to the outer part 31 and the inner protruding part 32. The glass run 40 is formed of a base bottom part 41 provided with core metal S therein with U-shape cross section opened outward of a vehicle and fastened by a locking member K such as a screw bolt, and a lip 42 and a hollow seal part 43 respectively connected to the lower tip. A fastening protrusion 44 formed at the upper free end is then fastened to a hook part 45. |
