PURPOSE:To improve riding comfort at the time of starting while a delay of starting can be shortened by quickly generating a rise up of pump pressure. CONSTITUTION:A device comprises the first pressure detector 10 provided between a check valve 8 and a hydraulic cylinder 2 and the second pressure detector 11 provided between the check valve 8 and an oil hydraulic pump 5. A control unit 12 provides a pressure command generating circuit for generating a pressure command by an output of the first pressure detector, to control an electric motor 6 for driving the oil hydraulic pump 5, by a control deviation value, obtained by calculating a deviation between outputs of the pressure command generating circuit and the second pressure detector, and by a control value based on the output of the second pressure detector. At the time of starting, after the deviation between the outputs of the pressure command generating circuit and the second pressure detector is decreased to a predetermined value or less, a speed command is generated to start operation of a riding car. |
