PURPOSE:To reduce the abrasion of a screw and a barrel surface in the compression part of a screw extruder due to an unmolten raw material resin or a blended filter of high hardness, without changing the design of a screw or the material quantity of a barrel. CONSTITUTION:The resin pressure and temperature of the compression part 5 of a screw 2 are measured using sensors 9, 10, then the deflections between these values and setting values are compared using a comparator 19. Further, a control signal is output from a control signal output part 21 in accordance with the deflections to adjust parameters such as the number of screw rotations, screw temperature and raw material resin temperature in a resin supply orifice or a batch of these parameters collectively. Thus both resin pressure and temperature are controlled at constant value. |
