The downlink loom (67, 68) includes as many cables as there are sources of satellite signals and terrestrial television signals are added on each of these cables to the satellite television signals, by means of a multiple coupler (66). For each group of users there is a tapping-off box (70, 71, 72, 73) through which the downlink loom cables pass, and which links each cable to one of the multiple inputs of a multiple-output switching box (85 to 92) situated closeby.
