PURPOSE:To maintain an always stable printing mark transfer property by a method wherein as a base for a liner material, a base resin layer is formed by in-shell molding separately from the liner material, and the base layer and liner are integrated having an ink layer in-between. CONSTITUTION:The cap consists of a top plate part 1 which is injection-molded of a plastic and a circumferential side wall part 2, and a threaded part 4 is provided on the inside of the circumferential side wall part 2. Also, on the inner surface of the top plate part 1, a liner part 5 which is engaged with a container mouth part is provided. At the same time, on the side wall part 2, a pilfer-proof mechanism which is constituted by connecting an annular piece 8 by a perforation-form score 6 is provided. When the liner part 5 is formed, the base resin layer 15 is provided by in-shell molding on the inner surface of the top plate part 1, and then the printing ink layer 16 to display a prize mark, etc., is provided, and the liner 5 is formed by in-shell mold, on the top of the printing ink layer 16. By doing this, the base layer 15 and the liner 5 are integrated while having the ink layer 16 in-between. |
