PURPOSE:To provide a nib excellent in ink discharging performance, by removing the flash of a nib, created during a formation process, in a short time. CONSTITUTION:UV ray transmissive grinding powder 4 and a nib 5 having a carbonyl group in a molecule are placed in a UV ray transmissive ball mill pot 1 surrounded by UV lamps 2. Grinding is carried out by rotating the ball mill pot 1 while irradiating it with UV rays. |
