<p>PURPOSE:To produce an OTP(One Time Programable) memory card capable of being completely assured as an excellent article by executing the write test of data before a surface panel is assembled and assembling the surface panel when the result of the write test is good. CONSTITUTION:A printed wiring board 2 on which a wiring pattern is drawn, a plurality of EPROMs 8 which are arranged in the prescribed positions of the printed wiring board 2 and also connected to the prescribed wiring pattern and a rear panel 6 covering the rear side of the printed wiring board 2 are assembled. Before a surface panel 7 covering the surface side of the printed wiring board 2 is assembled, an inspection instrument is connected to a connector 5 and the data writing operational state of the EPROMs 8 is inspected. When it is recognized that the inspection result is good, the data of the EPROMs 8 are erased by ultraviolet rays. The surface panel 7 is fitted and assembly of an OTP memory card is finished. As a result, the title card capable of being completely assured as an excellent article is obtained.</p> |
