TREATMENT FOR DISENABLING REGENERATION OF MAGNETIC RECORDING CARD

PURPOSE:To prevent generation of many small cutting pieces and many punching pieces by forming a nonmagnetic film having prescribed thickness on the surface of the magnetic layer of a magnetic recording card. CONSTITUTION:A nonmagnetic film 3 having prescribed thickness is formed on the surface of the magnetic layer 2 of a magnetic recording card 1. The nonmagnetic film 3 may be formed by coating the surface of the magnetic layer 2 with coating. Further a resin film may be formed on the surface of the magnetic layer 2 by contact-bonding, welding or adhesion. As a result, a method for disenabling regeneration of the magnetic recording card is obtained wherein many small cutting pieces and many punching pieces are not generated.
