<p>PURPOSE:To secure a prescribed screwing force in a deformed reinforcing bar, to make working of grooves corresponding to nods and carved parts corresponding to a rolling mark easy and to make the setup of rolling roll easy. CONSTITUTION:By taking the position of the rolling mark 5 which is carved on the deformed reinforcing bar in the approximately flat parts of the side faces in the axial direction, the nods are provided on the entire periphery of the main body of steel bar to secure screwing force. At the time of manufacturing the deformed reinforcing bar and the rolling roll, the grooves of the rolling roll are cut like a straight line by respectively separately working the nods, grooves and the rolling mark 5, carved parts. Further, by making a 1st rolling roll with which the rolling mark 5 is formed and a 2nd rolling roll with which the nods and grooves are formed into the other body, the setup of the 1st and 2nd rolling rolls is unnecessitated or light-duty working amount even when the kind of reinforcing bar and the rolling mark are changed.</p> |
