<p>PURPOSE:To provide a connecting fitting and a connecting system therefor which can easily clean an O-ring and a contact surface for the O-ring in the field with the use of a mechanism that is convenient for mechanical maintenance and is simple for manipulation. CONSTITUTION:A female pipe 12 composed, in its distal end part, of coaxial duplex pipes 2 is connected with a male pipe 13 having a distal end part inserted into a gap between the duplex pipes 2. The inner pipe in the distal end part of the female pipe 12 for sealing a gap between itself and the male pipe 13 is formed at its outer periphery with a first seal means 15 near to the distal end, and a second seal means 17 in rear of the first seal means 15, and then, first gripping means 18, 30 for the male pipe and the female pipe after the male pipe 13 is completely fitted, and, second gripping means 18, 30 therefor after the make pipe 13 is slightly pulled off, are provided. The first seal means 15 is effected for the first gripping means 18, but when the gripping is made by the second gripping means 19, 30, the front seal means 15 is released while the rear second seal means 17 is effected.</p> |
