PURPOSE:To provide a device which control the gear disengagement phenomenon of transmission gear from the outside of transmission case easily relatively. CONSTITUTION:An input shaft 1 and a transmission shaft 2 are interconnected by transmission gears 3, 3' so as to enable transmission. Transmission gears 4, 4', 4'' are mounted on the shaft 2 so that they can slide in the axial direction freely, and a shifter 7 for transmission controlling the gears 4, 4', 4'' is fitted to a shifter stay 8 so as to slide freely in right and left directions. On the shifter 8 recessed parts 11, 11', 11'' are set eccentrically in the axial direction. This stay 8 is controlled in its rotation from the outside of a transmission case 12.
