发明名称 PRODUCTION OF ALUMINUM NITRIDE GREEN SHEET
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve plasticity, forming property and property for reuse at low cost by forming a sheet from a slurry containing a specified proportion of nonionic surfactant to the specific surface area of the ceramic source raw material powder. CONSTITUTION:A sintering agent such as Y2O3 and CaO is added to the source powder such as AlN powder, and mixed with an org. solvent such as toluene. To this mixture, org. resin such as methacrylic acid, dispersant, such as oleic acid, and noionic surfactant such as salicylic alcohol having <=1000 mol.wt. in an amt. of 0.2-10.0X10<-5>mol/l to the specific surface area of the raw ceramic source powder are added to prepare a slurry. If necessary, the noionic surfactant is prepared to have plural hydrophilic groups in one molecule and these hydrophilic groups are to be hydroxyl groups. Then the obtd. slurry is formed into a sheet by doctor blade method or the like to produce an aluminum green sheet.
