PURPOSE:To improve the restrainability over a rider by finishing the retraction of a webbing at a time when webbing tension coincides with a fuse load in time of a car crash. CONSTITUTION:A load cell 3 detects any load acting on a webbing 1 and outputs it to a control part 10. When this detected load out of the load cell 3 is accorded with a fuse load value number, the control part 10 drives an actuator 31 of a clamp mechanism 30 which holds the webbing 1 and thereby a retraction of this webbing 1 by a pretensioner mechanism 20 is finished. If so, the webbing 1 receives the load consisting of the fuse load value number from a rider, and it restrains the rider with proper force as extending within the range of a specified amount of elongation by means of a fuse characteristic of the webbing 1. |
