发明名称 OPENING/CLOSING MECHANISM FOR DEHUMIDIFIER
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To rapidly switch moisture absorption and regeneration by actuating an opening/ closing plate to open (close) or close (open) an inlet and outlet for the moisture absorption and the regeneration at the time of the moisture absorption (regeneration) by means of a synchronous motor synchronously driven at the time of starting the moisture absorption and the regeneration and stopping the synchronous motor in a rotating position. CONSTITUTION:A hot air heater is energized, a fan is driven and the synchronous motor 40 is driven at the time of the regeneration. An opening/closing plate block 41 turns toward the inlet side for regeneration communicating with the outside of a housing if an output shaft 42 rotates clockwise. This plate block turns backward by colliding against the inlet, thereby closing the inlet 2 for moisture absorption communicating with the inside of the housing. A microswitch S1 is then by an opening/closing lever 43 to stop the synchronous motor 40. The fan is driven, the power source for the hot air heater is turned off and the power source for the synchronous motor 40 is turned on in the case of switching to the moisture absorption operation. The opening/closing plate block 41 is brought into collision against the inlet 2 for moisture absorption by the rotation in a counterclockwise direction. The block is turned backward to close the inlet for moisture absorption and a microswitch S2 is tripped by the opening/closing lever 43 to stop the synchronous motor 40. The opening/ closing plate block 41 is constituted as a pair of the right and left opening/closing plates corresponding to the inlet and outlet for the moisture absorption and the regeneration.</p>
