摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To prevent cryogenic liquid remaining in a container from being evaporated and consumed by changing over a three-way solenoid valve in a coupling means for connecting two containers with each other, so that a elevated temperature evaporated gas is discharged just after the transfer of cryogenic liquid is started. CONSTITUTION:In a cryogenic liquid supply device comprising first and second containers 2, 3 in which cryogenic liquid is stored, and a transfer tube 4 connecting the containers 2, 3 together, and a pressure adjustment control system 6 for adjusting the pressure in the first container 2 so as to feed the liquid under pressure into the second container 3 from the first container 2, a three- way solenoid valve 17 is connected between the transfer tube 4 and the second container 3. Further, a temperature measuring probe 19 is provided in a discharge port 18 of the valve 17, for detecting the temperature of discharged gas. Further, the valve 17 is controlled so that cytogenetic liquid 1 having evaporated and rose its temperature during transfer through the transfer tube 4 is vented outside from the discharge port 18 just after the transfer of the cryogenic liquid 1.</p>
