NON-WOVEN FABRIC WITH REVERSE REFLECTION OF FLUORESCENCE

PURPOSE: To obtain a cloth usable for production of a safety best, a display board and other products requiring high visibility. CONSTITUTION: This highly visible fabric is characterized by comprising (a) a nonwoven fabric web material constituted of a thermoplastic resin fiber mutually bonded so as to be melt-bondable, and (b) a fluorescent layer obtained by allowing a cross-linking resin bonded to the nonwoven fabric to contain a fluorescent pigment, and forming the fluorescent layer containing the fluorescent pigment in a prescribed concentration at the neighborhood of the specified outer surface of the nonwoven fabric web, regulating the concentration of the fluorescent pigment in the neighborhood of the specified outer surface so as to be higher than that at the other surface of the web, and having a part surrounding and reinforcing a bond for forming the bonded thermoplastic resin fiber having a resin bonded so as to be melt-bondable.
