摘要

PURPOSE:To inexpensively mass-produce a leather button keeping uniformity and good appearance. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin material 3 and a leather material 2 are successively received in the lower mold 1a of a pair of upper and lower split molds 1 forming the cavity C corresponding to the shape of a button to be produced and the upper mold 1b is placed on the lower mold 1a and the mold 1 is closed under heating and pressure to perform compression molding to complete a product.
