PURPOSE:To provide the rice washer designed to obtain polished rice washed to high degree of whiteness, capable of easily regulating finished rice whiteness. CONSTITUTION:A transport pipe 5 near the feed port 8 of a rice washer 7 in a nonwashed rice processing equipment is provided with a water-drawing component 12 to draw part of the water for rice transport, and the water- drawing component 12 is connected to a transport channel 5 near the discharge port 8 of the rice washer 7 via a side channel 14 which is equipped with a flow control valve 15. |
