MANUFACTURE OF OLEFIN RESIN INTERNAL EXPANSION MOLDING BODY

PURPOSE:To provide a method for manufacturing an olefin resin internal expansion molding body having pre-expanded beads which fuse each other excellently and beautiful surface. CONSTITUTION:A molding die is made by clamping a mold A having no steam hole and a mold B having steam hole. The molding die is filled with olefin resin pre-expanded beads and water vapor is supplied from the steam hole of the mold B. The pre-expanded beads are preheated by a temperature lower than a temperature with which the pre-expanded beads fuse each other. The pre-expanded beads are steamed by the water vapor and are heated by the temperature with which the pre-expanded beads fuse each other or above.
