PURPOSE:To obtain a heat exchanger in a good joining state, simply and at low cost even in the case of many joining places and complicated shape. CONSTITUTION:Coated-film forming stage in which a mixture contg. metallic powder for brazing, more volatile binder resin which is dissolved and carbonized at brazing temp. and solvent is applied on the surface of a metal plate and dried and working stage in which the metal plate is worked into a prescribed shape by executing mechanical working to the metal plate on which the coated film is made are provided. And, assembling stage in which the heat exchanger having the prescribed shape is assembled by using a matter obtained in this working stage, flux applying stage in which a flux is applied in the joining part after this assembling stage and brazing stage in which heating and brazing are executed after the flux applying stage are provided. |
