PURPOSE:To reduce a required time for an entire recording action by conducting an initial setting action for a recovery means at a predetermined timing. CONSTITUTION:With respect to an embodiment of a construction when an image forming device is applied to a facsimile terminal equipment, a paper supply means 200 for feeding a recording member to a recording start position and a recovery means 201 containing a recovery apparatus for conducting a recording head recovering action are provided. Furthermore, a main scanning means 202 for traveling a head, a sub-scanning means 203 for feeding the recording member to a next recording position or a discharge position outside the equipment, and a recording head 204 for recording image data are provided. A power source of the recovery means 201 also serves as a power source of the paper supply means 200. |
